Divide server Tierra/meteoro

Hi, i'll write in English because your Spanish translator is not good at all.
i'm a player from the Spanish Conquer. i play in the server {Tierra/Meteoro}. It totally insane how laggy the server is 24/7. I've been spending so much money in Dragon balls and i cannot even enjoy it...

i don't really care what you do to fix this but do it fast because it is starting to offend most of us that we spend money and you don't give us the same care you give to the English servers. Stop saying that it is because of the hackers. i have a simple solution which i think can fix this and many players in the server agree with me. You Should Divide {Tierra/Meteoro} server, split it in two as you always do when a server gets too over crowded. Sometimes spending half and hour trying to get into the server just to face a wall of insane lag. At least ask in the forum so people can decide whether or not they like the idea. Please we need help!

By the way, i don't think it would hurt if you find a Spanish speaker moderator for us. It is highly unprofessional the way you just trow what you want to say in Google translator and then paste it in Facebook or any other media that you use. MOST OF THE TIME it makes little sense or not sense at all.
