Todos dicen que el pulpo "vidente" acierta las selecciones ganadoras, pues no, es falso:

¿Porque el pulpo siempre acierta la selección ganadora en el mundial?

Muy sencillo.

Porque da la casualidad que las selecciones ganadoras tienen los colores más chillones (vistosos) en su bandera, y claro, el pulpo va hacia ellas:

Alemania vs España: El pulpo tardó en elejir la bandera de España porque la bandera alemana tiene también colores chillones: Negro (no-chillón) Rojo y amarillo (colores chillones), pero claro, la española tiene más color chillón: Rojo y amarillo (ambos son colores chillones).

Holanda vs España: El pulpo rápidamente cojió la bandera española, ya que la holandesa sólo tiene un color chillón, el rojo, y la española sus dos colores son chillones, el rojo y el amarillo.

Así que, que el pulpo escoja la bandera española no significa que gane España.

"El pulpo Paul es influenciado por los colores"

Un biólogo peruano, Alfredo Salazar, ha puesto sobre el tapete el secreto del famoso pulpo Paul: en realidad el cefalópodo no hace predicciones, sino que es atraído por los colores brillantes de las banderas que colocan en su estanque antes de los partidos del Mundial de Sudáfrica.


Aunque Paul ha acertado hasta el momento en casi todos sus pronósticos, incluida la victoria de España sobre Alemania en una de las semifinales, el biólogo se mostró escéptico sobre las dotes de vidente del mediático pulpo.

Salazar, miembro de la clínica veterinaria limeña Rondón, afirmó hoy en la emisora Radio Programas del Perú (RPP), que el pulpo puede ser influenciado por sus criadores u otros miembros del acuario alemán donde se encuentra.

"Tengo mis dudas, todos saben que ningún animal, como las personas, puede predecir el futuro. Creo que está siendo influenciado por los criadores o por el mismo acuario donde se encuentra. Estos animalitos son muy inteligentes, pero pueden ser atraídos por alguna comida o algunos colores", declaró Salazar a RPP.
